You remember a while back Coupon Network had a $1 printable for $1 off Skittles bag Well I held on to my coupon and now this week, Target has them for $2 each. Yee Haa! $1 for a bag of Skittles. Sadly, I only printed one so all I bought was one. I was wondering when Target was gonna roll around that $2 Skittles again.
